We formed our company over 30 years ago representing many vendors across the retail and wholesale landscape primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. We augmented our enterprise to include product development and sourcing from eastern Asia, with distribution throughout the US and Canada. Witnessing the incredible growth of QVC we consolidated our efforts to build a tailored company that met the unique hurdles of televised shopping and e-commerce. Today we continue to represent several vendors (both new and established) and develop products with an incredibly talented team whose focus is on the relationships we build and the retail platform we participate in.

  • Jenne Frackelton, President

    Jenne has extensive experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing both domestically and internationally.

    Prior to joining Merch Hub Direct, she was a Senior Buyer at QVC with 16 years-experience buying in various categories, including Toys and Crafts, Seasonal Home Décor, Consumer Electronics, and Lawn and Garden.

    During her tenure at QVC, Jenne developed and grew multimillion dollar national, celebrity, and proprietary brands. She is known for her trustworthy and collaborative approach to problem solving. Jenne’s vast travel experience and connections around the globe enable her to develop and source new product.

    Jenne graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Fashion Merchandising with a concentration in Marketing.

  • Lauren Scigliano, Vice President

    Lauren joined Merch Hub Direct in 2021 and brings over 15 years of experience in developing and executing business strategies for a variety of retailers. She brings expertise in product development, brand and design management, sourcing, buying and merchandising. Lauren has worked on the retailer and the supplier-side of business, so she brings a unique understanding of the entire lifecycle of a product/brand. She has experience managing many Décor and Textile product categories including Seasonal Décor, Home Furnishings, Beach, Bath, Toys, Tabletop and Textiles. Throughout her career, Lauren has proudly worked on brands such as FAO Schwarz, Food Network, Better Homes & Gardens and for companies such as Linens N Things, Kohl’s and Toys R Us.

    Lauren has traveled extensively to China, India, Europe & across the US for sourcing, factory visits, trade shows, trend-spotting and competitive analysis.

    She is a graduate of Villanova University (MBA) and Muhlenberg College (BFA).

  • Isabel DeCecco, Product Manager

    Isabel joined the Merch Hub Direct team in 2023 as Product Manager. She is actively involved in product development, quality assurance, on-air execution, and customer management.

    Before joining Merch Hub Direct, Isabel devoted over 8 years to customer relations within a family business. She brings a diverse set of skills and creativity to MHD.

    Isabel graduated from The College of Charleston with her B.S. in Business Marketing.

  • Mariellen Melker , Stylist and Product Manager

    With a degree in Interior Design from Parsons The New School of Design – NYC, Mariellen has over 20 years of experience in prop and set styling. Mariellen spent many years as a set stylist at QVC and joined the Merch Hub Direct team full time in 2018.

    Mariellen is able to bring any product to life - whether it is styling for a video production shoot or styling for an on air presentation, the Merch Hub Direct team entrusts Mariellen with all styling and design needs. In addition to Mariellen’s styling work, she is instrumental in Merch Hub Direct’s day to day tasks. Mariellen is often helping with assessing items for quality assurance, sample management, and lending a hand in whatever else is needed.

  • Kim Nicolas, On Air Support and Product Manager

    With a degree in Business Management / Administration & Communications from Alvernia University, Kim has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitability industry. In addition to the hospitality industry, Kim has also worked as a QVC vendor rep/account manager for many years and joined the Merch Hub Direct team in November 2021.

    At Merch Hub Direct Kim works with the team to facilitate day to day tasks such as quality assurance, sample management and assisting Mariellen with set design.
